Happy New Year Everyone!

We’re kicking 2020 off with a few exciting events, the first one being “So Frenchy So Chic” which I, Jane, attended in Melbourne last Sunday.  A big thanks to Renault for their gorgeous hospitality, the day was superb or shall I say magnifique. Those of you who aren’t aware of what this event is about, it’s all things French in a setting of a giant garden party. Held each year at the ever so stunning Werribee Mansion the day couldn’t have been better. Beautiful sunshine, fabulous food, champagne and music. The flavours of Paris greet you as soon as you arrive, food and wine stalls surround the music stage. From Cheeseboards, charcuterie, crepes, artisanal pastries and more, sip on a glass of the finest Laurent champagne while listening to fabulous music. This year the pre-order picnic hampers were curated by some of Melbourne’s coolest venues – Melbourne’s new Bar Margaux, the ever so wonderfully delicious Hotel Gitan and the mouth-watering home of cheese, Milk the Cow. Gates opened from 11.15am with the first music act going on at 1pm, gates closed at 9pm and if we didn’t have the baby boy with us we would have stayed till the end! That’s the other thing, the event is family friendly so next year pack up the kids or grab your bestie and go relax and transport yourself to France for the afternoon.
