Wednesday night we were lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the arrival of Ozone Kitchen at Westfield Knox. This is a brilliantly stylish pop-up space where Melbourne’s best eateries can showcase their delicious food and drinks 40 minutes out of Melbourne CBD, where locals can expand their food repertoire and enjoy restaurants of Melbourne a bit closer to home.
From Thursday 10- Sunday 13 March Ozone Kitchen is home to Chef Matteo Bruno and his amazing team from the Meatball and Wine Bar. The food was absolutely amazing, a few favourites were the Braised Beef Brisket Sliders, Wagyu Meatball with horseradish Cream Gruyere Cheese Slider, Beef Balls on Smash with red sauce and I’m happy to report they managed to converted us, we now love Sticky Date Pudding which was melt in your mouth delicious.
Over the coming months Ozone Kitchen will play host to some of Melbourne’s most loved Restaurants and Chefs, so head down to Knox Westfield to sample the best food that Melbourne is so well known for, relax with a tasty Aperol Spritz and relax in the charming atmosphere that is Ozone Kitchen!
